Vikramjeet Virk: From a farmer to oh-sofamous!
Little did this farmer from a small village near Karnal know what fate had in store for him. Now an actor, Vikramjeet Virk, who has appeared as a villain in TV serials like Shobha Somnath Ki, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev and in Maha Rakshak Aryan, says that his entry into the entertainment industry happened by chance.
“I belong to a small village called Tharwa Majra, located near Karnal, Haryana.I’m from a farming background, where all the members in my family are farmers, including me. When I was in Class X, I had attained a good height, and it was then that my friends started forcing me to try my luck in modelling. But at that time I didn’t take them seriously as I was too young,” says Vikramjeet, who was in Lucknow recently for the promotions of Maharakshak Aryan.

He adds, “When I came to Delhi to pursue graduation, I gave my friends’ advice a thought and started auditioning for various fashion shows. By God’s grace, I got offers to model for various brands. That is how I gained confidence and then moved to Mumbai to pursue my career in modelling.”
