    LONDON: Britain has decided to extradite Indian origin businessman Shrien Dewani to South Africa within the next four weeks to stand trial for murder of his Indian wife while on their honeymoon to Cape Town.
    Shrien (33) lost his final legal battle to block his extradition when a panel of judges refused to allow the case to be heard in the Supreme Court.
    His legal team wanted to challenge an earlier High Court ruling. Bristol-based Shrien has been in hospital under the Mental Health Act suffering from severe depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
    His lawyer told the judges at the High Court in London that there was fresh evidence that his medical condition may have become chronic making it untreatable. But the judges rejected the argument, refusing to give the go-ahead for the case to go to the highest court in the country.
